I have a lot of interests. But as for the basics, I'll go with a few of the following: Music, Japanese Culture, Aircraft design and general Aeronautics, Computers, Video games (RPG's and MMO's, a few racing games, and most every Ace Combat game). Theres a lot of stuff that I'm forgetting righ tnow but I'll just do that some other time.
Music
Man, there are a lot of different types of music that I do so enjoy listening to. I guess Eurobeat, gabba, and techno/trance would be at the top of the list. Then rock and alternative is in there too. Those are my top favorite types, but I do enjoy listening to jazz every now and again, and I've been know to listen to some hip-hop/rap/R&B on occasion. I'll say that I've normally been weary of listening to country music, but I'll give anything a fair chance.
About me: I'm an avid gamer, a power gamer if you will. Well, maybe not a power gamer. I want to be a power gamer, but I don't own any next gen consoles. I used to have a Ps2 back when they were all the rage but my Ps2 stopped working about 2 years ago. That sucks pretty hard core. That left me with only an N64 and a Ps1 that works. But the games I have for both of those systems totally blow. So I'm pretty much a wanna be gamer that leeches off of his friends, since everyone I know has a Wii now.
I play CCG's like Magic: The Gathering, and every now and then I dabble in various others. I thought that I was a pretty good geek, but I've been out-geeked so many times in recent memory that it makes me begin to doubt my geek-ness.
I can play a few musical instruments to a degree of proficiency, however, since I don't currently own any of the musical instruments that I know how to or even slightly enjoy playing, I'd rather just not list them off as it would be too much of a constant reminder of where in my life I'd rather be than right here where I am.
Who I'd like to meet: Lots of people. Genuine people. People that won't after years of friendship one day decide to say that I'm annoying and they'd like to punch me in the face and or severely harm me in some other way. Other than that? I dunno, just people. People that live in my area. I know lots of people in different places around the world, but knowing 50 different people in 20 different states won't get me out of the house on a Friday night. So I'd love to meet people in the Detroit Metro area, aka Southeastern Michigan.
