Visionary Comics' mission is to achieve a new standard of quality in the comics industry, by challenging current professionals on every level and mentoring the next generation of creators.
Visionary will offer a growing list of services to creators, publishers, retailers and fans with the intent to better the comics industry on every level.
Visionary will do so with the active recruitment of Honorary Visionaries, established Pros in the Industry who support its mission and whose work has benefited the industry overall, Senior Visionaries, established Pros who act as Mentors and Advisors as well as have active involvement in Visionary books, and New Visionaries, those showing talent and vision for creating groundbreaking work in the comics industry. All of this will be guided by our Visioneers who oversee the actual operations of the studio.
Visionary will then form partnerships with other studios, publishers, and retailers in order to provide quality product and help in redefining some of the current existing relationships between differing levels of the industry.
Finally, Visionary will work to excite current comic books fans, while recruiting new fans to the industry as a whole, and challenging the conceptions of what comics ‘are’ and ‘can be’.
