My new pagedesign is made from the spectral view of some sound-files.
this picture downside for example is the original spectral view of a 2 seconds long part of "hybrid child". this is a very inspiring view-function of my soundprogram. it must be possible to make also an animated translation from sound to optic.
that what the media player or winamp does, is showing the loudness and sometimes the equalizer, interpreted or translated by a graphical key, but not really the tone colour. the spectral view of cool-edit really tries to show the tone color with much detailed structures - but not animated. must be possible- but i don´t know so much about writing software...^^ very absorbing topic - to me :D
