About me:

Daniel Dorado *Mö-LeK*, grew up in an environment full of music. He was first influenced by rock songs, blues, classical music from the 50ths to the 90ths, etc. He decided however, to look for other rhythms and tendencies, discovering hip-hop, dub, funk, downtempo, while learning how to scratch on top of hip-hop melodies.

It was from that moment that he knew what he wanted to do. He gained interest on electronic music and started to investigate different styles, like house, electro, techno, minimal and its different slopes.

In parallel to this, he kept training himself and completed a degree in College (Information Technology). At present he is, as a freelance, dealing with programming, web making, network administration, graphic design, video editing, 2D and 3D animations and works occasionally for the Andalusia's Government in these fields.

When he started working at Cathedral's Nightclub in Seville, dealing with the lighting, he came across with this new equipment (PCs, Midis, Lasers, light boxes, software) that set his imagination free and pushed him into learning and practising new audiovisual techniques.

Together with three associates, he set and manages "Sweet Vicius", a young company that tries to bring closer to Spain the music's flavours and smells from Ibiza, trought the party "Love Underground, The Ibiza Connection".

"I would define his style as a creative sequence of colours, flashes and movements inspired in the sensations and textures that sounds make, trying to bring you into an universe that complements the music, giving it a more hypnotic and transcendental projection".

He has been working in several nightclubs in Seville (Cathedral, Friends Emporio, Wave Club, Genesis, Salvation, etc). He has also taken part in other events, like in the most popular Saturday night session called "Mondo Loco" in Eden disco (Ibiza), Spirit Club in Dublin (Ireland), Ohju! Club in Caños de Meca, Domm Disco and Consorcio Club (Huelva).

He has developed his work with other well known Djs like Michael Mayer, Jennifer Cardini, Extrawelt, Luomo, Pier Bucci, Dj Q-bert, Vickymerlino, Tobias Becker, Expander, Jo Saurbier, Minimal Boys, Nôze, D.A.R.Y.L, Undo, Vicknoise, Cosmic Sandwich, Zentex, Overule, Jose de Divina, Miguel Picasso, Luis Yanguas, The Mae, Mr. Bosco, Dj Gonçalo, Javy Union, Flumo, Miguel Vizcaino, Marcos Cruz, Alba Prada, and some others.
