About me:
We are a national charity providing essential services for disabled people, visually impaired people, and carers. We provide over 7,000 weeks of breaks each year for disabled adults, children and carers at five fully accessible Centres across the UK.
Our experienced staff can cater for over 150 different disabilities and in addition to specialist nursing care, all our guests are accompanied by volunteers who provides companionship and support.
We also organises accessible activity and adventure breaks for children and groups, as well as adults, with physical, sensory and learning disabilities at our Vitalise Churchtown Centre in Cornwall.
For visually impaired people, Vitalise organises City breaks, activity and adventure holidays in the UK and overseas, accompanied by sighted guides. The charity also offers holidays at accessible hotels in Europe for independent disabled travellers and carers.
