Vitamin F is the music of Chris "freAKAnature" and Howie Gordon. Chris was one of the frontmen in the Philly hip-hop/acid-jazz band Fathead. Howie is a brilliant musician, keyboardist, and engineer. They have been writing music together since 2002. When playing live they have some of the best musicians in the Philadelphia area backing up the sound.
