Hm. Everyone in the band seems to have different influences, and there are a lot of those influences that we share, which we all feel comes out in our sound. Some examples are....

...and of course a plethora of others.
Sounds Like
We have a "sound" but sometimes it's hard to tell what exactly that is. Imagine an indie/alt-rock band with a hint of country. Or don't. Whatever you think we sound like is what we apparently sound like. So there.
Vitamins now claims residence in Denver, Colorado. We’re here for now, and we’re here to stay – at least for the meantime. Don’t get us wrong: Greeley gave us a lot, including a start. But we’re more than overjoyed to be living in a town with so much artistic and musical talent. Every day we’re meeting new and exciting bands who live just down the street.
We are: Lizzy, Crawford, Ryan, and Gary. We have an album coming out in May that will be titled Calliope. Give us a shout if you want to set up a show.
