Vitriol I.D. are a hard hitting mainstream rock band band from the UK. With songs that come right from the heart, the music hits hard and the lyrics drive right through the listener.

With a huge and powerful 3 piece sound, the live show is tight and unforgiving, save for the on stage antics. The singer heckles the audience with edgy charm, and then heckles the band from amongst the audience. And still they join in with the sing along to a song which REALLY should not be the anthem it is!

New review by Demontfort University

Sabreworm is, first and foremost, a great album. With well known tracks 'Fascinate By Hate' (which was the song of the year in some corners of the world wide web in 2005) and 'She Rocks' early in the album, it's a case of bringing the big guns out early. When the rest of the album is equally great, it's hard to see how more people aren't praising them. Opener 'Keep It for Myself' is confident and easily likeable, and 'Shouldn't Kill My Friends'is another corker. With Fascinate By Hate in between, it's a great start to the album. then they go and top them all with the fantastic 'If You Had AIDS I'd Want It'. This is as romantic as you're going to get from a band more known for their ascerbic revenge and fury inspired style, more likened to 'Concequence Of You'. It's brilliant though, with a catchy intro and infectious feel to it. The tracks that then follow are to be marked under rock and roll, ranging from the good (Tonto), great (The Drive) and the stone cold rock classic of 'Detroit City Wake'. Their stock has risen with the likes of NME and Kerrang picking up on their hype, yet there's a lot more to their music than the odd sentence these reviews have gleamed. With 'When The Atom Splits' a great end to Sabreworm, it's ten great tracks. If Sum 41 hadn't beat me to it, i'd say it was All Killer, No Filler. Instead i'll just say this is very good work.
