Vittorio Garino classe 66' produttore e chitarrista torinese, ha alle spalle un variegato background musicale. Nel corso della carriera ha suonato rock, country, blues, jazz, funky e ha fuso tutti questi generi insieme. Come professionista debutta in seno alla band Hurtful Witch con i quali incide un demo chiamato "Spectra". Due anni dopo gli Hurtful Witch aprono il tour mondiale dei Saxon riproponendo dal vivo i brani contenuti nella demo.Suona negli Steel Grave con i quali registra due brani per la colonna sonora del film "Opera" di Dario Argento e suona all'edizione 1983 del Monster of Rock di Castle Donington, dove Ronnie James Dio appare in cartellone come headliner. Nel 1989 entra a far parte dei Cry Baby con i quali incide l'inno ufficiale della "Juventus f.c." e il mini album "And So On". Lascia i Cry Baby e si lega ai Masquerade, incide le chitarre nell'album "L'amore il sesso & il rock'n' roll.Fonda l'etichetta "Metal Gold" e gestisce una rubrica sulla rivista heavy metal "Flash Magazine", dove trascrive gli spartiti di band famose. Nel 2003 cambia completamente pelle e inaugura la "Discoline Publishing" con la quale produce e incide più di duecento album di musica dance, chill out, jazz e soul. In questa nuova dimensione musicale collabora con molte stelle , quali Regina (Markette), Den Harrow, Silvia Rocca, Giorgio Prezioso, Randi Ingerman, Princess Vanessa, Jennipher Rodriguez, Federica Moro, Eva Henger, Miki Del Prete, Giacomo e Rosalinda Celentano figli del Molleggiato ecc...Suona come turnista in diverse band Londinesi, come gli Skinny, The 69 Eyes, Heidi, Dark Poison e The Yes Way. Suona e produce i singoli "Lost Love" di Eva Henger, "Sexy Dj" di Jennipher Rodriguez, collabora alla realizzazione del nuovo disco di Giacomo Celentano figlio di Adriano Celentano intitolato "Inevitabilmente Noi" uscito in questi giorni e stampato dall'etichetta "Celentano's club" distribuito "Self". Inoltre lavora alla realizzazione del nuovo album degli "Elektradrive" intitolato "Living 4" uscito per l'etichetta Valery Records, registrando nel suo studio personale le voci di Elio Maugeri. Vittorio Garino è anche produttore dello spot televisivo dell'azienda telefonica "Tele 2".
