We generally rehearse at soundsgood studio, a great place for local bands to rehearse! Vivaxi also use industry studio's which is another great rehearsal studio to look into.
Our recordings were done by Craig Daws with Serrated Edge Productions, ( http://www.myspace.com/serratededgeproductions ) they are live recordings, taken at soundsgood studio in swindon.
