I listen to it all.

Having grown up in Chicago, I, Josh Erbmann, currently take on the persona of the original Vj NeXus. My relationship with computers and their ability to merge medias into new shapes began at a very young age, and I was writing my own visual codes by the age of 11. I began creating short films by 13, and a passion for the cinematic arts quickly evolved. A love for electronic music blossomed during my highschool years, and quickly led to the turntables. After 7 years behind the decks, I began experimenting with combining my love for music and my love for film. A short lived band, The NeXus Intent, allowed for much of the needed visual experimentation, and gave rise to the persona that is now Vj NeXus.
Today I perform at many clubs, concerts, and other such events. I've worked alongside such artists as The Crystal Method, Paul Oakenfold, Moby, BT, Junkie XL, Aphrodite, and many more.
