The Velvet Knights Drum and Bugle Corps is a junior drum and bugle corps, open to students 22 and under. The corps holds camps during the winter, and participates in competitions during the summer, in preparation for the Drum Corps International World Championships in August. The corps just completed its second season with a successful semifinals placement, and is already gearing up to make major waves in 2009. Be part of it! Full Force Percussion brings a unique vision of percussion performance to the contest world and fans everywhere. The group is sponsored by the VK Youth Arts Organization.

Full Force Percussion was founded in the spring of 2006. They are currently under the sponsorship of the VK Youth Arts Organization. They are a feeder organization for the Velvet Knights Drum and Bugle Corps.

The goal of Full Force Percussion is to provide individuals with musical talents with the opportunity to compete in a world orgnaization, experience a new side to indoor marching percussion, see a more intense competition, gain more experience as a musician, and of course, make new friends. Members will perform and rehearse on a weekly basis under the instruction of a world class staff.
