I've been listening to a lot of sports radio lately. I still love Big Band and I think I want to buy the Rahim Devon CD.
Movies
I do not watch horror films, I'm not crazy about modern suspense, but I'll watch almost anything else at least once. Oohh and I don't do snake movies. At all.
Television
OK...I'm really liking Cashmere Mafia and I love cooking shows, but thats about it right now.
Books
Urban Fantasy, Romance, Suspense, Mysteries, History, the occasional biography. I read almost anything and I take recommendations...., Business books-I need the career advice at this point
Heroes
Hero is an overused word. I have people that I admire, but no "heroes."
I'm a writer. Published or not, I'm a writer. I love the fact that I can say that I've written a book. It was a goal of mine for most of my life and I've accomplished it. Now I have to edit it into something that resembles publishable. I've travelled a lot in my life and can't wait to do more of it. One of my co-workers has a gig in Hawaii. I'm jealous. I've been to Canada, Mexico, France, Switzerland, and Italy so I've ventured to foreign shores. I can't wait to go back. Life is good.
Who I'd like to meet: Hmmmm....I'm thinking JK Rowling or maybe a good critique partner. I'm trying to edit my novel now. Oohh and the stupid refs who called the Clemson-UNC game on Sunday. I want to ask them why they were so biased. Let me add the Florida State refs from Tuesday to that list
