hey hey you!! how have you been doing? i'm okay. partied alot lately .. put on some weight, which sucks! but oh well, it happens. i really need to start back at the gym. but, i did start taking these pills that my friend told me about, and i'm impressed! they helped so much with my energy, i feel soo active now, and i don't crave food all the time now, and the best part, heh ... i'm losing weight!! anyway, i don't wanna be selfish or nuttin, so here's the website that i ordered them from. i gotta run, i have more stuff to do today, but keep in touch, okay!!

HEY EVERYONE: if you were at the friday night [dec 1] where we talked about AIDS awareness, you may remember Mark talking about "AIDS Care Kits". This is a program run by the MCC. i was thinking that it would be great if we could all work together and make one or two or as many as we can! i know we all have so many things that are demanding our money this time of year, but if you find it in your heart [and bank account] to give, just let me know you'd like to help. the items are;
- 1 bar bath soap
- 1 bath towel
- 1 washcloth
- 2 flat bedsheets
- 2 pillow cases
- 1 pair rubber gloves
- 1 container petroleum jelly
- 1 container of medicated body powder[aka; Gold Bond]
$100 to purchase medicine and BIBLES for people living with AIDS, to train volunteers in basic home health care.
It suggests that we send these items in a homemade drawstring shoulder bag. i was planning on making it, but if any of you would like to - let me know. If you'd like to help out, let me know what you'd like to buy and i'll give you the details [size, etc]. if you want to give money and have someone else do the shopping - that's great too! ok, well just email me @ soak_up_son@hotmail.com, or let me know on myspace.
