About me:

I'm a student. I love it. Need I say more? I WAS in the pre-med program at the University of Louisville, but I switched to nursing so that I'd actually have a job after my 4 years are up. I had dropped out of nursing school twice before, but I'm making it this time. Especially since I can see how much need that there is for medical professionals and how the economy is being depleted. (Thanks a ton George W) I'm just a weird type of person. I know what I want and I'm not going to let anyone stand in my way of getting it. I have a boyfriend named Kevin that I've been dating for about 2 years now. I love him to pieces. He drives me crazy sometimes, but isn't that what they're for? Well, anyway... I work, I go to school, I have a cat named Pooki. She's way better than your cat will ever be. I have some friends. I'm just not close to very many people. I'd like to change that, and I'm trying my hardest to, but right now I'm working on changing a whole lot of things about my life. My job, my education, my living arrangements, my financial situation. Basically everything. A total M@TT makeover. I'm very into the gay community. I'm trying to volunteer a little, but basically just being supportive and involved. I'm a member of the HRC as well. I'm a pretty active person. I have piano classes, school, work, a lessthanvibrantbuthopingtochangethat social life. And then there's Kevin, who gets most, if not ALL of my free time. What time I've not already sold out, I spend on Myspace or on the computer in general. I DO EVERYTHING THROUGH MY POWERBOOK! Even television. I'm a total shutterbug. I LOVE taking pictures. I just bought a great new digital camera and I love it. I don't have much of a family life. I've had to put a lot of distance between my parents and myself since I came out. We try to get along though. I'm a pretty weird person. Anyone that has an online conversation with me will usually end up bitching about my excessive usage of emoticons. For a general email greeting, I will usually say hug instead of hello. I like that better, I'm not MAJORLY nelly, but that makes me sound like I am. LOL! I love to chat online. My Yahoo name is tokyocat21. I'm not worried about giving that out because if I don't want to talk to you, I WILL delete your ass. LOL. I'm also on FaceBook, and on Twitter as vmpearson. I generally talk to most people because I'm FRIENDLY!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) FRIENDLY DAMMITT!!!! I have all my shots and a flea dip and I don't bite. Another thing that may or may not let my nelliness shine through is my excessive love for cats! :) I want to be that crazy idiot you see on the news with 4,000 cats meowing and milling around. I'd also like to have a pet raccoon. Those things are CUTE! They're pretty mean from what I've been told about them. I think I could stand that. ;) I'm pretty mean too sometimes. ;) I have very very weird tastes in food. I don't eat much, but I have a horrible condition called ulcerative colitis and it pretty much puts a limit on what I can and can't eat without SUFFERING HORRIBLY!!!!!! It's a bitch to deal with, but that's not going to slow me down at all. Not much really does. I'm a pretty sociable person. If I don't like you, you'll know it immediately. Basically because I'll tell you to your face. :P LOL! However, there are VERY few people that I don't like, and I don't just dislike someone immediately. Usually you have to piss me off very badly to make my list. I love using Myspace. It's entrancing and enchanting. I refuse to be one of those freaks that never uses their Myspace but has like 10,000 friends. If we don't talk on at least a semi-regular basis, your ass is going to be deleted.
