Vocaltutor’s first Vocal Warm Up & Development CDs (soon to be accompanied by a book with full score!) are designed to teach you about healthy singing, how to warm up and develop your voice, allowing you to explore your capabilities and improve. Showcases
One of Vocaltutor’s aims is to give students the opportunity to meet fellow students and show off their skills. So in 2004, Vocaltutor developed ‘Vocaltutor Productions’ for all Vocaltutor students, associates and teachers to be involved with, giving them the opportunity to be part of a show and have something to work towards. Each show takes a lot of organisation and rehearsal, and it is very much a ‘hands-on’ experience. The shows require dedication, commitment, honesty, and above all, the ability to work well together. Showcases are put on throughout the UK in a variety of venues; previous show titles include ‘Sounds of the Sixties’, ‘Over the Rainbow – Childrens’ favourites’ and ‘For Your Eyes Only – James Bond’. Forthcoming shows include, ‘Stars – Songs from Stage and Screen’ (10th May 08) and ‘Disco Inferno’ at St. Helen’s Theatre Royal and Opera House (7th Sept 08).
