We started as a vision of our former director, Alfred Robinson III, but quickly emerged into a reality under the leadership of our co-founder, Farris Senter. Voices of Purpose is a ministry that began in August 2007 and has grown to more than 20 members that originate from seven of the churches in the Albuquerque area. It is a group of saved, anointed, and talented individuals who come together to lift up the name of Jesus in song and praise. When we come together, we are not divided by denomination and different beliefs. Our foundation is found in the scripture, II Chronicles 5:13:
"It came even to pass, as the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the LORD; and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and praised the LORD, saying, For he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever: that then the house was filled with a cloud, even the house of the LORD."
Our purpose is to lift up one voice and one sound to God so that His glory will inhabit the atmosphere as we are used as instruments to touch someone’s heart and encourage a soul to be saved. God has truly blessed us, and in turn, we want to bless you.

I am so proud of us after last night. Everyone was off the hook and I was just happy to be a part. I hope that yall understand that you all have made history!!! Lets not back down now. Lets Keep on pushin'.
