We are Volatile, the band. A group of four guys out of Phoenix, AZ bringing heavy metal back to when it was real. A grip of young talent concerned on keeping a strong image and dedicated to rocking and rocking hard. The group consists of Kevin Jones, on lead vocals and guitar, Dennis Feldhausen on guitar and back up vocals, Dean Feldhausen on drums, and Xavier Meekins on bass. Combined they make up a force not to be reckoned with. Their music hits hard and fast, reminicent of early heavy metal with a blend of modern style. With insatiable grooves and wicked solos, these guys will stop at nothing to have a good time on and off the stage. The music reflects personal experiences, historical times, religious events, and in general having a good time. Influences include bands like: Pantera, Testament, Slayer, Metallica, Megadeth, Sepultura, White Zombie, Black Label Society, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, Ozzy, Alice in Chains, Exodus... and this list goes on. They draw influence from not only these listed, but all genres of music. Volatile has shared the stage with many local talent, touring acts, and signed musicians. The one thing they share is their desire to keep the music alive and strong. Doing shows on the drop of a dime is something they are not afraid of, constant practice has left these four on top of their game. They make music they want to listen to and don't try to copy anyone else. Their individuality is just as important as the next guys.
