As some of you might know, Vomica has been going through changes.
Singer, Toshi Saizaki moved back to his home town in Japan which prompted the band to book a tour of Japan. Half way through booking the tour, Toshi quit the band. Vomica was left with a choice; go on with the tour, or give up. We decide to finish booking the tour and go for it. Sean moved from drums to guitar and we found a drummer, our friend Eve, to take his place. Ryo still plays guitar but he has taken on the additional role of lead singer. Wade is wade, still rocking the bass.
In addition to the tour of Japan, Vomica is in the middle of producing their second album. Vomica's second album features 15 new songs with the new line up. We expect to be wrapping that up in September for a first release in Japan. There is also a vinyl 45 on the way to look out for.
Come and hang out with us if you happen to be in Japan in October. There is a list of our schedule below. We also have a few more shows here in San Francisco before we leave and we'de like to see you there.
It's been a long road for us but were rolling with the punches.
If you want to be REALLY cool you should buy a song or two. Every penny helps us pay for our international tour. THANK YOU !!
