The inspiration to create a band like Von Noble has its origins in the dreams of LA-born, adolescent, band members Dani (lead vocals) and Olivia (bass and keyboards) to cure the deprivations of the rock music world. Dani, with vocals and lyrics inspired by Layne Staley, Chris Cornell, Janis Joplin, Karen O, and Scott Weiland, had relentless passion for singing, and strong desire to play music. Olivia, influenced by Justin Chancellor, Jack Bruce, Amanda Palmer, and Mark Wilson, delivered creativity, thumping bass lines, and spontaneity that begged for release. After three years of experimenting together with different bands, the two were more than ready and working hard to meet musicians with equal drive, passion, love for music.
First, Julian was introduced to Dani and Olivia with drumming inspired by Taylor Hawkins, John Bonham, and Dominic Howard. His musicianship, drumming skill, and undying energy guaranteed him a spot in the band. Shortly after, Matt, influenced by Jimmy Page, Angus Young, Slash, and Dave Grohl, was introduced to Von Noble. His soulful, yet dirty, and versatile playing convinced the band that he was just what they needed to complete their now four piece band.
Despite Von Noble's musical ability, and mature sound, all members of the band are currently in freshman year of high school, and although they are part of the new and young music scene, the band is influenced by ages of music. Von Noble's influences include; Led Zeppelin, Foo Fighters, Guns N' Roses, Queen, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Nirvana, Motorhead, Alice In Chains, and Pink Floyd.
Using their passion, strong work ethic, talent, and contemporary edge, Von Noble will stop at nothing as they break into the rock and roll music world.
