The VooDoo Katz are a Charleston-based band formed in 2000. This five member band spreads an infectious energy to their fans through an eclectic array of music ranging from original tunes twinged with African and Cuban influences, to popular covers, to still more original music that is cutting edge. The Katz perform live in area clubs, festivals, concerts, and private parties/bookings.

The Monthly Drum Circle is happenning on the 3rd Sunday of the month. We hope to create a relaxed environment that will both encourage listening and meditation, but also produce some estatic sounds. While the emphasis will be on drumming there will be a place for sharing a song, poem or acoustic music piece in the round.
