VORTECHTRAL AM:
Vortechtral AM is Vortechtral's ambient and more downtempo sound. As his style developed into a more beat driven dancefloor sound, the AM name was used to retitle all the early Vortechtral music from 1997-2003, and was continued as an outlet for his newer downtempo material, alongiside Benni Blanco - the jazzier alias.
INDEEP RECORDINGS:
In Deep Recordings was setup in 2006 to focus on releasing music from artists that push the boundaries of electronic music genres. The label offers original sounds fusing many influences, primarily from genres including ambient, electronica, jazz, house, breakbeat and acid. In Deep's aim is simple - to release quality music across the spectrum. The releases on In Deep aim to be an eclectic and essential collection of down tempo and electronica musical works, with occasional diversions into elements of jazz and house. Inspired by eclectic artists including: Aphex Twin, The Chemical Brothers, Air, Kevin Yost, The Sabres Of Paradise, The Orb, Orbital, Plastikman, Brian Eno, Atjazz, Kraftwerk, and so many more. In Deep Recordings output sits at home comfortably on the shelves alongside these artists, whilst constantly maintaining interest in new and upcoming artists and musical styles.
The releases In Deep put out aim to feature quality tracks from established and new producers, with the intention of including remixes to help support and expose the label. We run an event in Portsmouth UK, to give us a platform to expose the sounds of the label and work alongside other artists and DJs.

Vortechtral (Kai Wiggins – Portsmouth - UK) has been producing and performing live electronic music from ambient to techno, through his aliases, Vortechtral, Vortechtral AM, and Benni Blanco since early 1998.
The Vortechtral sound is a big room fusion of bass line driven techno, electro and pumping house influences, combining to create a highly infectious and musical style. Releases and remixes have gone out on labels across the world, such as Audionautica, Primate / Endangered Species, Intravenous Cuts, Teggno alongside his own labels Techment Records, Techtonic, and In Deep Recordings, and seen support from DJs across the global dance scene including, Cave, Olivier Giacomotto, Wehbba, Ian Void, DJ Preach, Marco G, Pedro Delgardo, Gray, John Acquaviva, Axel Karakasis, DJ Misjah, Martyn Hare, Christian Fischer, and many others... Alongside numerous web cast and radio plays, chart entries, tracks being featured in soundtracks for both the film and game industry, and a constantly busy release and remix schedule ahead, the future looks very bright for this UK producer.

Since 2000, releases have gone out on labels across Europe, with many more tracks available on CD compilations, and online via a variety of MP3 download sites. His more downtempo, chillout and ambient recordings have seen his tunes reach no.1 in international charts, and over 200,000 plays on various music sites, with numerous webcast and radio plays around the globe, and been featured in soundtracks for both the film and game industry. His music has been played across the globe in both clubs and chillout rooms.
Away from the studio, his live PAs have featured at numerous high profile events and venues around Europe, alongside such names as Alex Patterson (The Orb), Ollie Teeba (The Herbaliser) and more.
Vortechtral runs events in Portsmouth UK with Ian Void, and Simon Heartfield, he also studio engineers for other many artists DJs, and labels, around Europe, and does visual and design work for clients across the globe.
