VORTEXpursuit.com Storm Chasing is based out of Johnson County, Kansas (currently in Gardner, Kansas), and mainly consists of Ben Prusia (Ham Radio Call: KCØTBP), who has been chasing since April of 2003.
Chase Success of VORTEXpursuit.com Storm Chasing
VORTEXpursuit.com Storm Chasing has had some mild success in finding storms over the past 5 years, with tornadoes on 4 of the 5 years (didn't chase much in 2006). Hopefully with the 2008 season nearing, it is the desire to improve the success record of VORTEXpursuit.com Storm Chasing. Successes include:
