About me: Bill is a native of Pitt County and resident of Greenville/Winterville for more than 25 years. He and his wife, Mary-Margaret, are proud to make Winterville their home.
He is committed to increasing the strength of Winterville and providing for its citizens and their families. Bill is a strong advocate of the future opportunities our town has in the upcoming years. Winterville is on the brink of becoming one of the fastest growing towns in North Carolina and our opportunity is here and now.
