Hello Old Chap, Hope all is going well with the campaign. Its good to see a serious journalist, footballer and TV presenter of your calibre has time in his schedule to reply to the little people via the medium of this new fangled interwebnet malarkey and spread your love all over the country, not just direct it at London.
Right firstly many thanks to all who have taken a mo to mail me. I must reiterate (as I told the pupils of Gillott's School in my constituency) I have as much chance of becoming Prime Minister as of being decapitated by a frisbee or of finding Elvis. As to what I thought of blair ... It is just flipping unbelievable. He is a mixture of Harry Houdini and a greased piglet. He is barely human in his elusiveness. Nailing Blair is like trying to pin jelly to a wall!! I'm like to comment on channel 5 and the nanny state..
I don't see why people are so snooty about Channel 5. It has some respectable documentaries about the Second World War. It also devotes considerable airtime to investigations into lap dancing, and other related and vital subjects.....
Nor do I propose to defend the right to talk on a mobile while driving a car, though I don't believe that is necessarily any more dangerous than the many other risky things that people do with their free hands while driving - nose-picking, reading the paper, studying the A-Z, beating the children, and so on.

When enough fans text the band name to us we pay the band £1000 and every fan who text'd gets a free copy of the new album! The thinking is that fans are far more likely to text and buy as its so quick and easy! Our strong hope is this will allow tonnes more bands to record albums! But we really need help. We are only a small group of friends and we really need you guys to [a] provide any feedback and thoughts you have about the idea/site and [b] spread the word e.g. emails/myspace comment posts etc! 4. Fan gets a confirmation text.
5. When the band receives enough texts we pay the studio of your choice £1,000 via PayPal or bank transfer.
6. Band records album & emails us the mp3s
7. We text the fans a link to download the album FREE!
