William and his wife of 18 years, Anita, are the proud parents of Guillermo, Jr., and Gabriel. Both sons are students at Bayside High School.
By working together in our expanding community, William Capote believes we can be much smarter in how we allow our community to grow. We have to take every measure to ensure that our growth is properly planned. William will use his professional experience to make intelligent, sound decisions on the issues that impact our quality of life.
William Capote believes we need to have adequate infrastructure such as schools, roads, drainage, etc prior to expanding our development.

My wife of eighteen years, Anita, two sons, Guillermo and Gabriel, and I have made our home in Palm Bay for over 11 years. “Like you, I am concerned about the future of Palm Bay and believe we must have leadership that solves problems with reason, courage and fairness”.
When I campaigned last year for City Council Seat 4, many of you supported me and we came very close to winning.
I have decided to run again for City Council because I am still concerned about the representation of our community, district and city at large. My interest still remains in strong managed growth, job creation for a stable economy and a city government that is proactive to problem solving, not reactive to issues after the fact. Furthermore, we need to pay special attention to make sure our tax dollars are handled with sound fiscal policy.
I will continue to support more parks and recreational facilities to keep our children and youth active, safe and off the streets.
I will use my professional and business experience to expand comprehensive planning to deal with urban sprawl, traffic and transportation demands, and supplying the many services that our residents need.
With your help, I can be “your voice for the community” and offer positive leadership. Public office is about serving the people, solving problems and meeting the present and future needs of our residents. I look forward to the opportunity to serve you.
