Is that just another misnomer about litigation and law? That people who are under oath have to tell the whole truth?
The whole truth includes the excluded data in a scientific study, which I understand is not represented in the creation of laws, or in courts in several general matters, in prosecution, in defense, police work and in the judicial branch.
While the courts and laws reflect one part of reality or the truth, they use another version which is incomplete and the legal scholars and professionals laugh it up about how they're so fundamentally flawed and incomplete.
Am I to be subject to the rule of quantifiable retards, autistics and mentally ill bumblers?
It seems so, because my part of the whole truth is excluded.
FYI - the kamekaze pilots who crashed into the boats in Hawaii long time ago...they didn't pull up like we're supposed to do now...but that's not the fault of the guys on the boat or in the country where they're from like they're wizzards who inhabited the brains of the kamekaze pilots and made them not pull up...so that old general over there is wrong and insane. He's probably mad his guys were too stupid to pull up. Didn't they learn that in flight school? But then, of course, these folks here in the overpopulated world do have a nasty habit of pushing when they're supposed to be pulling...hmmm...I still don't think it's that one's fault that this one killed itself.
Just like if the Nazis killed a bunch of Jews, it's their fault or that of the Palestinians who had to give up their land?

"American Drug War: the last white hope"
Mike Ruppert, formerly of the LAPD Narcotics squad, whose testimony alone sent numerous civillians to prison in American courts - ~52 minutes into the documentary states "The [Central Intelligence] Agency has dealt drugs throughout [the United States of America] for a long time."
That is conclusive evidence to be presented in a court of law, yet a claim obviously denied. Do you think the government workers have a right to deny this claim under the law? No. The answer is no. Any denial of such complaints is accessory or conspiracy, yet they still deny the claim and continue prosecuting civilians on the exact same words as those spoken by Mr. Ruppert in that film. How is that? Apparently the American government can not read, speak, understand, comprehend, interpret its own language.
Imagine the American government stopping all drug war activities immediately. They are the weakest link.
Goodbye.

Other online sources aside from these suggest that the United States refused to comply with part 14 of the Nicaragua case, which decided that the USA was to pay reparations. This means quite simply that the USA has refused to uphold the UN Charter Articles 93-94 which state that all member nations agree to comply with all ICJ orders in cases which they are party to, and that all members are ipso factor party to the ICJ in general. I assume the USA elludes culpability and responsibility not only in this case, but future cases through denial of jurisdiction, if in fact the leaders in my home country have denied the ICJ's decision and refused to pay reparations. Such a refusal sounds very unbelievable and suggests that the USA should be expelled from the United Nations until it complies with its Charter responsibilities and committments. I assume that other nations will sue at the ICJ if the USA pays to Nicaragua, and there are such a number of nations which could benefit from such compliance with law that the United States of America may actually face bankruptcy due to claims against it stemming from illegal military actions resulting in multiple losses of life over the past 40 years of drug wars and other armed conflicts, which the USA pursues in defiance of the general purpose of the UN stated in the Charter and by the ICJ and in international law, which dictates that armed conflict and interference in the domestic matters of sovereign states are to be avoided at all times.
If the Britannica and economic expert web articles are true and the USA has still not paid reparations, now plus interest and penalties, to Nicaragua, the ICJ and UN cannot estabilish that they are an adequate and credible international law body even among their own members and thus it is easy to ignore, abuse and continue on the path of the tyrant and occupyer, oppressor, violent criminal or militant war criminal. Radovan Karadzic and Slobodan Milosovic did not kill as many in as many nations as the US military. Is the UN the EU or more? That question remains unanswered until the USA is expelled when it does not comply under article 94 part one.
