http://www.voxpopnet.net/

Vox Pop is a coffee-house, a bookstore and a publishing company. We are a community-empowering, retail-revolution, live-event-loving, info-shop dedicated to "vox pop," Latin shorthand for "voice of the people."

We throw wild live music and literary events, and we host an open mike every Sunday evening. Young families gather here every morning. Vox Pop is child-friendly, and has a wonderful children's story hour and kids play nook.

We offer fair-trade certified coffee drinks, and all-natural, healthy food. We offer books and newspapers that surpass the limits of information offered by the conglomerate media. At the Publish Yourself store, we offer a real print-on-demand option for any writer who wants their paperback book printed on the spot!

Able Danger The movie

Thomas Flynn, the idealist owner of a left-leaning radical cafe-bookstore and the quixotic publisher of a hard-hitting 9/11 conspiracy expose, finds himself entangled with a mysterious Eastern European beauty, Kasia, who is on the run from the architects of a global 9/11 cover-up, in this contemporary take on classic film noir. When Thomas is implicated in the murder of his friend and employee, he's forced to unravel Kasia's complex web of lies while attempting to fight his natural attraction to her. As it turns out, Kasia possesses the smoking gun that proves the identities and methods of the real architects of 9/11, and Thomas willing to risk everything to expose the truth.
The film gets its title from the real secret government program of the same name that destroyed 2.5 terabytes of data in March 2001. It is a noir homage 911 conspiracy theory femme fatale driven noir thriller filmed in New York, Brooklyn, Tribeca and based around a New Yorker Patriot who runs a little cafe-bookstore-micropoublisher (VOX POP) in Flatbush.
