The name 'Voz De Mais' translates into 'too much voice' or 'the voice of the people.' Bringing together an intriguing blend of Portuguese and English Hip-Hop and R&B, their creative style has set them apart from most artists of the same genre. Raised in the United States but of Portuguese decent, this group is aiming to become the first Luso duo to make it big — and not just as rappers, but as all-around moguls. "Having performed at various parties and clubs in the New Jersey area, they are considered to be the best Portuguese hip hop group in the United States (ComunidadeUSA).”
The duo formed in January of 2007 when Sergio “Geezy” and Gabriel “Kaz” met up for the first time in Newark, New Jersey. Kaz was a pretty well known producer/emcee in the Jersey area while G was one of Portugal's most under-rated rappers. Kaz approached G with an idea of forming a music group called Voz De Mais and from there it all started.
The two young but very talented musicians spent most of their time writing and recording music. Whenever they weren't working or making music they would be promoting the group or designing their own VDM (voz de mais) clothing. They performed at a few venues including a Portugal Day show at Iberia in Newark where they met up with Portuguese rapper Sandro G. Seven months later in July of 2007; the super duo received a phone call stating their top 10 nomination for the Lusavox contest. This was an online contest, advertised by Nelly Furtado and Boss AC on Portuguese television and created with the intent of finding the best Portuguese artist living outside of Portugal. In August of 2007 the group traveled to Portugal and performed at Teatro Circo in Braga where they represented the United States for the Lusavox contest. Despite not winning first place they left a great impression on viewers watching RTP and RTPI that night. Afterwards they appeared on SPT and RTP for interviews and on a few local newspapers and magazines.
With a knack for music and great motivation, they have their minds set on revolutionizing the rap game and representing for all the Portuguese speakers in the United States and worldwide. They have asserted themselves as one of the best up-and-coming hip hop groups to hit Portuguese radio and continue to get better with time. Keep an eye out for these guys. There taking over.
-The Voz De Mais CD is being worked on and should be released in 2009. Expect it to be fire when it come out.

Brock Lesnar is a freak of nature his physical attributes helped him over come Randy Couture. But not taking away from Brock & his skill-set he had a great fight plan & stuck to it and executed it perfectly. He also executed 1 of the best elbows I've ever seen in a well time fashion to swing the fight in his favor..So he's our new UFC Champ, do I think Hell be there for long, No Not Really but A freak Allways Has got a chance, take Tim Silvia for instance..
And as far as Randy Couture goes he's 1 of the UFC's Greatest fighters alltime but a 3 year layoff, 45 yrs. of age and fighting a much younger, stonger and heaver, & lets not forget hungrier opponate. it wasnt for him last nite.
