So many people still don't understand Riverboarding. We do not use a boat to travel upstream at 30+ mph. Riverboarding is powered by a bungee system that slingshots you upstream. You use the river current to stretch the bungee. Once the bungee is done pulling you upstream, it releases from the board allowing you to do many boardsport tricks. Once your ride is done, float back downstream to the end of the bungee, hook the board to the bungee, stretch it and ride again. Surf all day long! Hey girl, you been paddling much this spring? Bad news for me is that I blew out my knee in the terrain park on my snowboard this year so they say no boating this season. Guess after many years with my record my first major injury isn't so bad; I'll be back to 100% next March, that's the bright side. Keep me posted on your fun trips though, that'll keep me going through my excruciatingly boring summer.
