I realized a little too late that I absolutely HATE teaching so I'm not entirely sure what I will end up doing, but I don't intend to go to work anytime soon. I just spoke with Brenda. They are all good. Granny has 6 trees down, none on the house. Your Dad is OK too. The shop in Kvill has damage. Pa is thinking about going to Kville to help board up broken windows.

Hey Val, you should be asleep! Are you watching the news? Heraldo stayed out in the entire 1st half of the storm. Galveston is in the eye now. The back side should land in about 2 hours. KFDM TV in Beaumont is streaming live. The winds in Beaumont are picking up.
I'm so glad you guys followed your instinct. I just wish I was in Dallas to visit. :-( Call me tommorrow and stay safe. My mom said there is a really nice park close to where you guys are staying. You should check it out.
