EARLY CHILDHOOD AND YOUTH DEVELOPMENT
Ensures our community’s youngest children and youth receive vital support to establish a solid foundation
for their future success.
DIVERSITY & TOLERANCE
Provides assistance to help underserved youth face complex issues such as bullying, discrimination,
homelessness, depression and suicide as well as many other complex life issues.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
Individuals facing domestic violence are removed from potentially life threatening situations and
provided counseling, emergency shelter and case management to break the cycle of violence.
FINANCIAL STABILITY
Provides job-skills training, affordable childcare and educational opportunities for working families and
individuals to move them to greater stability.
HEALTH & BASIC NEEDS
Ensures individuals and families are safe, healthy and have access to vital basic needs and support in
times of crisis.
HOMELESSNESS
Through United Way-funded programs people receive transitional shelter, job skills training and job
placement, counseling and access to health care to tackle homelessness.
