Mostly Peter! He sings and plays guitar and percussion and lays down some funky bass lines. Bandmate from The Grift, good friend and musical co-conspirator Clint Bierman recorded and helped produce the songs, adding some tasty guitar work, vocal harmonies, piano, and xylophone.

Peter plays bass and sings with Vermont-based rock/jam/pop band The Grift. He writes songs with band member Clint Bierman. But deep in his heart is a folkie, just waiting for a chance to throw the capo on, let the crowd hush, and bare his soul. Raised on a steady sonic diet of Beatles, Paul Simon, Doobie Brothers, Beach Boys and the like, strong melodies and vocal harmony became integral to Peter's general well-being. He took up trumpet in the 4th grade, and upon realizing that brass wasn't the quickest way to a girl's heart, added guitar in high school. College represented an important crossroads, when he began playing bass guitar in a rock band. "The low end is a beautiful thing," he realized. He also fell in love with a girl who introduced him to the world of modern folk music and the likes of Ani DiFranco, Peter Mulvey, Ellis Paul and Greg Brown. He wrote her a song, she cried, and he was hooked. Now, he finds his bliss laying down the low end and reveling in the fellowship of the band, but still seems to keep writing folk songs, too. This is his chance to share those songs with you.
