(vulgar) is a tiny label hailing from Montpellier, France since 2003.
We specialize in indie-rap and electronica / glitch mostly, but we also love indie rock, dubstep and lots more. We release vinyls and cd-rs.
We have a total diy ethic and we love our products handmade, we barely make any profits, passion is the guideline. We make very little pressings and distribute + sell most of the stock ourselves. We don't sign artists and each project is a one-shot.
We have a party-oriented sublabel called Norwegian Hood which is mainly free mixes for now.
We also run a mailorder which only features products we're feeling close to musicwise (see the list on your left).
Oh and we recently began to promote shows and tours cause we're cool like that.

Met Fly is an og mc from LA, affiliate to the infamous Shapeshifters crew. The whole album is produced by Paris Zax (Alpha Pup Rec, Busdriver, etc) and features Mickey Avalon and Existereo. Urbansmarts said about it: "We shall use simple words to describe this, words like good, dope and awwwyeah".

Half of Lab Waste with Thavius Beck, did release albums on GSL and Alpha Pup, did collabs with Amon Tobin, Sixtoo, Parliament, acted in a Kano video, the list is endless. This is 3 tracks off his Lone Path Of The Vanguard rare cdep. Musicwise expect the same combination of cold glitch hop and electronica that make the so distinct style of Mr Marks (emorap for robots really).
