    .. .. .. VU is an environment for making records...although, it is more of an ideal, or approach than a location. I work in an studio I have created in my home (wherever home may be). It's great for tracking, overdubs, and mixing. I also very much enjoy engineering, mixing, and producing records in other great studios around town. I have worked on projects at Studio X, Avast, Jupiter, and Soundhouse. I try to bring/create a similar environment/way of working regardless of physical location. For me it's all about the songs and the feel...and getting to know the music and the artists. .. .. .. The music written by the artists I work with is extremely important to them, to me, and to listeners.
