I guess this is where I am supposed to tell you how cool I am, huh? Once upon a time in Kenmore Mercy Hospital (Buf'lo, Ny) I was born. From that point on I started my fun and exiting evol-ution into one of the geekist people you would ever meet. Be envious.
I write a column called "Get Bent: DIY Music, Art and Performance" for Alterati:
Look for it starting mid-June. In the Meantime, check out the other stuff on the site.
716 Noise The experimental music collective for area code 716. Support your noisey friends from Buffalo and Beyond.
I also host a weekly podcast called "Sunday Night Noise" on All WNY Radio which features experimental music from the WNY Area. Tune in from 8-9pm Eastern time at this channel
I am transitioning into being a professional art model. Over seven years of experience, extensive resume and able to provide references from several photographers. If you contact me for a shoot, please provide a link to your portfolio and references from three models with whom you have previously worked. Until I get around to putting up an "official" website, here is a link to my online modeling portfolios:
Although I would love to work with all of you, I unfortunately do not have the time. On average, I book about 4-6 gigs a week, so please do not be upset if I can not shoot on a day or two notice. My pet chinchillas need to eat, so paid shoots take priority. I am willing to travel. Starting the end of next month, will be taking monthly trips to NYC. I love trade (ie: tfp ot tfcd) and offer it on a limited basis, but priority is generally given to photographers with whom I have previously worked or those of whom I've contacted. That being said, my rates are very reasonable and willing to negotiate, especially for college students who need an art model.
Who I'd like to meet:
-Buffalo noise kids. If I don't know you, I would certainly like to make yr acquaintance.
As my Virginia friends would tell you. . .
What American accent do you have?
Your Result: The Inland North
You may think you speak "Standard English straight out of the dictionary" but when you step away from the Great Lakes you get asked annoying questions like "Are you from Wisconsin?" or "Are you from Chicago?" Chances are you call carbonated drinks "pop."
Thanks for taking some stuff and giving it airplay possibly. Any little bit helps. I think it is good that there is that podcast. It seems like "the scene" is a bit lacking in some areas and it is a good way to get every project/performer a bit of exposure and not just have to rely on a few people and hoping you get on one of their shows.
Thanks for adding us as a friend! Please keep in touch as we will have many updates to our page in the near future. Please help spread the word about our band, leave us comments and most importantly demand us to play in your area from our page!!! We will play where we are asked to play!!! Thank you for your continued support, YOU ROCK!!!
VyL8... You know, I just got that, Vie-El-ATE... I guess my programming is a little off... or maybe it's just this Iron Head of mine. I really enjoy your stuff, so no malfunction there. Take care, and thanks for the add... .."> ..">
