One of the first names you'll hear when talking about local talent, Wache The Dead is establishing themselves as a crowd favorite. With a mixture of lightning fast licks, and well maneuvered melodic metal, this Central Oregon band is attacking the scene with a huge following. After a little over a year together, and quite a few shows under their belt, we see why they were well worth the wait.
We are a 5 piece metal band based out of the heart of Central Oregon. Each and every one of us born without a reason to believe... Of course until the heavy chaos of metal caught our attention. We've all played instruments and have been sworn to music as early as any of us can remember. With early influences such as metal pioneers Pantera, Slayer, Metallica, and musical geniuses At The Gates, and some of todays finest: As I Lay Dying, Killswitch Engage, Heaven Shall Burn, Black Dahlia Murder, Dimmu Borgir, and even as far as AFI and Pennywise... We have created a style that has dropped the jaws of thousands. We hold records for packing the most people in some of the most popular venues in our area, and we arent satisfied. We are ready to move on. We are ready to infiltrate and attack the scene in the most positive of ways. We are ready to take over, no matter what it takes. Music is all we have in this place of desolate flatlands and churches. Nothing but death is going to stop this train.

*Eeks!* Also... Back in January I heard you guys practicing when I was walking by the 76 station in Redmond and I heard the coolest stuff coming out of there! It was awesome. I got a clip of it recorded on my player, it was so cool. Don't worry, I'm not selling it to people getting millions off of it, it's my own personal stash. Hahaha. =D
