to our baby Samantha Jo. She was stillborn.
To date, the reason for this tragedy
has remained "unexplained".
MISS is a nonprofit, volunteer based organization

IAVA is the nation's first and largest group dedicated to the Troops and Veterans of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan & the civilian supporters of those Troops & Veterans.
Are those who suffer PTSD, the psychological wounds of war getting all the care they need?
Not according to the Department of Defense. Not even close.
According to a disturbing new report, troops are still reluctant to seek counseling because of the stigma of mental health care, and the military's mental health professionals are often inaccessible to service members and their families. That means the troops who need help most aren't asking for it, and the military isn't reaching out to make sure they get treated.
