About Wade Van de Sande

I started playing music in the 5th grade, where I was playing the trumpet. I guess I was 10 or so. At the age of 13 I started playing guitar. I started playing bass when I was 18, the summer that I graduated high school. I attended Baylor University to study music as a trumpet player. During my time at Baylor I began writing solo bass instrumental material. I've most recently played with Eden's Twilight here in Houston.

Craig	Jul 25 2008 3:32 AM I heard that we offered him more money than the Padres, but he preferred to pitch at Petco. A quick glance at his home/road splits shows the wisdom in that, as well as the lack of wisdom in trading for him. I don't like any of the many trades our new GM has made. Minus Loretta, I don't like any of the free agency moves he's made. I also don't like our new manager. I'm not in any way condoning what Chacon did... but I understand.

There was once a Major League Baseball franchise located in Houston, Texas, and in fact there still is. A quite talented one, at that. Scoff if you will, but know that it takes some kind of amazing talent to get blown out, at home, by a team that had still been playing baseball at 3:30 that morning. And then flew across two time zones. And then got stuck in traffic. That is not easy. Nor is it easy to get two years older in one day. Nor is it easy to have Shawn Chacon lead your team in ERA. Nor is it easy to get fissures in your anus. Come on, Wade, root for the good guys a bit, will ya? Also, teach Ella to throw a sinker.
