Hello,
My name is Wade Williams. Im a survivor of many addictions and abuses. Thank you for your interest in my music and my message.
I have been making music since the age of 14. On my journey I have played thousands of shows for what seems like millions of people. Dive bars to The Kodak Theater. I have played and written with members of Matchbox 20, Fuel, KIss, Whitesnake, Guns n Roses and many others. I have produced several CDs as well as am a composer for Telepictures. Creating music for shows such as TMZ and Extra.
Oddly enough I have also been a drug addict and alcoholic since the age of 14. I have had the burning desire to make music but, never had the direction to make the world or myself a better place....untill now.
I am sober today by the grace of God. I am happy today by the Grace of God. I am finally ME today by the grace of God. It would be selfish not to share my new found freedom with my friends.
Im not gonna tell you what to do with your life. Im not gonna tell you what not to do with your life. Im simply going to tell you, in song, what my life was before I let God into my life and how my life, inside and out has changed.

At the tender age of 35 its a miracle that I survived all the pain I poured inside of me.
At the blinded age of 36 I tried to get my last few kicks by tearing down the vows that we conceived.
But a miracle comes everyday....she didn't leave.
At 37 no one could see what the world had in store for me. Im sure I knew but no one thought to ask.
And 38 it wernt so great. The radio didn't know my name and there goes my sweet woman out the back.

Hi Im Wade Hunt Williams, and yes that is my real name: )~
Singer/songwriter on a mission to move you when you hear me sing. Move you to dance, laugh, or even cry. I want to affect you with my voice and the passion I harbor inside for music.

my mission is to be an artist that is seen as one who unites people with themselves through music. You see I have come to the realization that the only reason for us to be on this planet is to be good to each other. That may sound corny and naive but coming from someone like me who has been through hell and lives to tell his story, it is an epiphany.

Im a survivor of many abuses and addictions. I turned that anger and isolation inward for a long time and hurt myself and the ones who tried to love me. Then it hit me like a ton of bricks, (not so long ago I might add) that the one thing missing among all my "talents" and abilities was....people. You got to love yourself to love others kinda thing. And loving others is the end goal.
Now most of my songs are about going through adversity and coming out on the other side better and stronger. Songs that everyone can relate to. What you have heard on the myspace are just a few examples of that.
