I am in college right now working on a degree in Sociology and following that degree, I will be working on a Psychology degree. I will work with women and men in the future to break the cycle of domestic violence. Even if I only manage to help one person with my story and my cause...it will be well worth the struggles that I have gone through.

I am starting this myspace page in hopes of voicing how important it is that people and WOMEN start getting involved in the struggle to end domestic violence. I am going to treat this myspace account as an information resource center for anyone who needs it. My mission is to get other women involved in a more positive and supportive life for ourselves as individuals and for helping others get the support they need on their road to recovery from violent relationships. I will blog anyone's story anonymously so that others can read it and perhaps YOUR voice can make a difference too. You can read my story in the blog entitled January 6, 2006. I would like to hear of any agency that helps women that are being abused so that if a time arises in which I feel the need to make some suggestions I may do so. Please feel free to send any advice you may have too. Thank you and I hope that you find this website helful.
I would like to meet anyone and everyone that is a support to my cause here. If you are someone that needs to talk to somebody...I will be here to listen to you and if you want me to give you advice, I will. Mostly I want you to understand that I am here for you even though you may not know me.
