COMING SOON - THIS SUMMER AT WOLVERHAMPTON ART GALLERY

...Witness the new artforum 'Artbreaker' that mixes paint, music and breakdancing. Take part and meet its creator, the former B-Girl, Bubbles. Now known as Hanifa, Bubbles was the UK's first female breakdancer. Find out how and when it all started in the exhibition, ZULU DAWN, 21 July - 9 August.

SPECIAL EVENTS

MEET THE FORMER B-GIRL, BUBBLES MONDAY 21 JULY, 2PM - 5PM Don't miss this chance to talk to the breakdancer Hanifa and learn about her life and inspiring career. Free, Drop in.

ARTBREAKER SATURDAY 26 JULY, 1PM - 4.30PM Come along to see breakdancing performances and showcase of work created by Hanifa and young people from Wolverhampton. Music by DJ Cro. Free, Drop in.

Wolverhampton Art Gallery runs artforum on the behalf of young people. Their aim is for you to get involved with the gallery, make your own art, enjoy yourself, meet new people and learn new skills. We meet on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month at Wolverhampton Art Gallery 4:30pm - 6:30pm. Contact us for more information.
