About me:
The Wagner Free Institute of Science was founded in 1855 by William Wagner to provide free science education for the people of Philadelphia. The Institute is truly a "museum of a museum" as it houses a natural history collection that is virtually unchanged in its arrangement since 1891.

The Wagner Institute is located at 1700 W. Montgomery Avenue in North Philadelphia. There is plenty of free street parking and we are easily reachable by SEPTA bus and subway lines.

Who I'd like to meet:
Everyone!

The museum is open to visitors Tuesday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM for self-guided tours. Admission is free; donations are encouraged.
