Washington Irving formed in February 2007 with Josh and Matt from Bogart, Brett from Victims of Telephone and Brian from Sweetwater Abilene, the Dirty Blondes and others. They started playing shows in May 2007. They added Blake from Victims of Telephone in September 2007 and continued playing shows. Brian left amicably due to our schedules being totally fucked. They later died in a bus crash.

1) im proud to know you even if youve forgotten me
2) you need to add "built to spill" to your influences list (you know its true)
3) do not stay in that town a minute longer than you have to - and dont go west to study icelandic rock music in a bullshit masters program - go there to wake up
Springfield has both a Washington & an Irving Street. To bad they both run north to south, we could have taken a picture that would have blown your mind and made you shite.
