We are a new company founded this year in Northern California. Our company name and product is called WaiterBell.
WaiterBell is a new product that enhances restaurant customer service. It is designed to empower diners and provide the waitstaff with a service safety net.
We believe first and foremost that mutual respect is necessary between the waitstaff and the customer. The system is meant to help communications by empowering the customer to discreetly signal for assistance if needed.
