ABOUT US..... Waiting for Rebecca began as Hamilton Goff’s recording project entitled Kill the King, in the December of 2008. The actual band, waiting for Rebecca, was initiated by Goff in 2009 as a three-piece punk band, with the addition of Carter Burkhart (bass and guitar) and Dominique Starke (drums). In the May of 2009, they released a 5-track self-titled EP. Waiting for Rebecca was put aside, however, in early June of 2009, as Goff pursued a solo project entitled The Sunset Glory, and on June 24, released a self-titled EP. In late July, Goff combined TSG into Waiting for Rebecca. He began integrating a more techno sound into his music, beginning with “Wake Up”, recorded in early August while in Columbia. Burkhart was brought back into the band, and the two-piece waiting for Rebecca developed a local following. Burkhart left in October to start up his own band, and Goff continued Waiting for Rebecca as a solo project. All music is self-produced, promoted, and recorded by Hamilton Goff. and now, live shows including - Guitars and Drums pieces, Dom and Fonzz , touring this summer.
