"Waiting For Something To Happen" is a comic about a girl who finds herself stuck in a life that she is dissatisfied with on all points. It recounts the events that led up to the place she now finds herself in and her attempts to change her situation.
It is a dark comedy that everyone will be able to relate to in one way or another, whether you are forced to work at a job you hate, are surrounded by friends and family that fail to live up to your expectations, are unhappy about certain aspects of yourself or if you are simply waiting for something more exciting to happen. It is reality, but one that can be laughed at.

Many of you, my dear friends, have asked me how JJ is doing. I figured it would be easier just to let you all know this way. I'm caring for him like a sick child nearly 24 hours a day. I don't get much sleep (I'm not complaining) these days so I often forget to get back to you as I have limited computer time as well. It's not that I don't read your messages or think about what wonderful friends God has blessed me with. I truly enjoy hearing from you and love getting messages, comments and emails. I do want you to know that if I don't reply right away I will as soon as I get a chance. I love each of you dearly and thank you so much for everything.
We need many, many prayers for JJ. Prayers were answered for Winston (and continue to be) and without you I don't know if he'd be here with us today.

I am truly blessed with the gift of your friendship. I'm very sorry that I haven't been in touch like I should have lately. With all that has been going on with Winston I have not gotten too many chances to be online. The weeks have really gone by fast. I praise God so much that Winston is improving and is almost back to 100%. Now we’re going through an uncertain future with JJ as he remains in ICU at the animal hospital. (Details on my blog if you're interested). Hopefully everything will be fine and back to normal soon. Will you please keep our family in your prayers? Besides that I have 1 animation coming that will be in theme with the website I'll be launching. I'm still trying to connect with Artists to help me with the look of the myspace. Which has a nice little blog feel.
