ALL THE BANDS THAT HAVE MADE IT IN THE MUSIC INDUSTRY FROM FIGHTING FOR THEIR DREAMS, AND MAKING IT ALL COME TRUE. WE HOPE TO ONE DAY BE JUST LIKE THOSE BANDS! ROCK ON, AND THANKS TO ALL THAT SUPPORT US IN WHAT WE DO.
WAITING FOR AIR IS A BAND THAT IS FORMED WITH 4 FRIENDS THAT HAVE A PASSION FOR THE MUSIC THEY PLAY. WE'VE PLAYED VENUES ALL UP AND DOWN THE EAST COAST TRYING TO REACH OUR GOAL OF MAKING IT IN THE MUSIC INDUSTRY. MIKE JOHNSON AND BILL HAVE PLAYED IN BANDS TOGETHER SINCE HIGH SCHOOL. THEY WENT ON A MISSION AFTER THE BREAK UP OF THEIR LAST BAND (selfafflicted) TO FIND MEMBERS THAT WOULD MAKE THIS BAND THE ONE TO MAKE IT TO THE TOP. JUSTIN WAS FOUND ON A FLYER IN A MUSIC STORE AND TURNED OUT TO BE THE MAN FOR THE JOB AS FRONT MAN FOR WAITING FOR AIR. MIKE JOHNSON WORKED PART TIME AT A LOCAL EATERY WITH A GIRL NAMED HEATHER THAT INTRODUCED HIM TO HER COUSIN MIKE WILKERSON, AND THE DRUMS, AND BASS WERE COMPLETE. WITH JUSTIN PLAYING A FULL RYTHM ON THE GUITAR, AND HIS DARK LYRICS FROM THE HEART, BILL RIPPING OUT EAR PIERCEING LEADS, MIKE W. THROWING DOWN THE LOW END THAT MAKES MIKE J's DRUMS THUMP YOUR HEART BEAT TILL IT SKIPS A FEW TIMES, WE HAD THE BAND TO MAKE US ALL ENJOY PLAYING AGAIN. WAITING FOR AIR HAS BEEN PLAYING TOGETHER NOW SINCE EARLY 2007. OUR FULL LENGTH CD "KILLING ME" WAS RELEASED SEPTEMBER 2009. WE LOOK FORWARD TO MANY MORE YEARS OF ROCKIN OUT IN THE WAY THAT MAKES OUR FANS LISTEN TO THE MUSIC WE PRODUCE. FOR ALL THE PEOPLE THAT SUPPORT US IN WHAT WE DO, WE THANK YOU, AND WE'LL BE HERE FOR A WHOLE LOT MORE TO COME. WE HAVE SO MANY INFLUENCES TO LIST BECAUSE ALL OF US ARE INSPIRED FROM DIFFERENT STYLE FROM JAZZ, BLUES, COUNTRY, ROCK, METAL, ALL THE WAY TO CLASSICAL. SOUNDS CRAZY WE KNOW, BUT MUSIC IS EVERYWHERE, AND WE INTEND ON KEEPING IT ALL ALIVE.

Motograter played Ozzfest in 2003, and their song "Suffocate" appeared in the remake of Texas Chainsaw Massacre. The show will be $10 at the door (+3 if under 21) and will have a little bit of something for everyone, musicially speaking as well as visually.... hardcore, progressive, melodic death metal, and industrial...
