WaKOW!

The Wa-KOW! Collective was founded on the idea that the distinctions between artistic media are problematic and productive rather than essential. Our primary goal has been to find ways to blur but not break those boundaries. The group, which is made up of writers, musicians, and photographers—works in and around the borders between text, sound, and image, exploring the relations between the three media and the nature of each type of media.

You can sample our work in various places on this site: texts can be found on the blog, video animations under movies (if it'll work-for now check the blog), photos under pics, and sounds on the player. One must keep in mind, however, that none of these manifestations are distinct or pure for us; each was created with crosspolination from the others through our creative process.
