About me:
Mycity I live in has the worst bus service ever seen. Valley Metro. This sorry system says they serve us, but all they really do is treat us like dog dirt! If you plan to live here, please make sure you have a car. Some prisoners get better treatment than we do. On at least two occasions, I've seen a passenger get assualted by a driver. One was drunk but he was an older man and the driver was wrong and I did report it. We need to boycott them because they have the worst customer service skills. They can't read gas gages and one jerk ran out of gas on the nuber 7 SB, at Pointe Hilton. This was in the mountains. They sometimes skip stops, especially downtown and you all know I'm right. They allow dangerous drunks on the bus, theydon't answer a lot of important concerns and when you can't hear them and ask them to repeat what they said, they either won't, or they yell at you. Half the bus drivers and their fat cat bosses are idiots! We need to take big action!! Rock on
